Admission Requirement

What You Need to Apply

Document requirements for all applicant categories — from first-year HND students and transfers to B-Tech and Master’s degree applicants.

To apply to ISEST, you will need to prepare a set of documents that confirm your identity, educational background, and eligibility for your chosen program. The documents required vary depending on which level of study you are applying for — HND Year 1, HND Year 2 (Transfer), Bachelor of Technology (B-Tech Top-Up), or Master’s Degree. All admission forms are available in person at the ISEST campus.

HND Year 1 — New Students

  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate
  • Photocopy of National ID Card
  • O/Level Slip or Certificate
  • A/Level Slip or Certificate
  • 02 (Two) Passport-Sized Photographs
  • Payment of Registration Fee
  • Completed Admission Form (available on campus)

HND Year 2 & 3 — Transfer Students

  • All documents listed under HND Year 1 (above)
  • HND Year 1or 2 Transcript from Previous School (certified copy)

Bachelor of Technology (B-Tech) — Degree Applicants

  • Certified copy of Birth Certificate
  • Certified copy of HND Slip / Certificate
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate
  • Photocopy of HND Slip / Certificate
  • Photocopy of O/Level Slip or Certificate
  • Photocopy of A/Level Slip or Certificate
  • Official Transcripts for HND Year I & Year II
  • 04 (Four) Passport-Sized Photographs
  • Payment of Registration Fee
  • Completed Admission Form (available on campus)

Master's Degree Applicants

  • Certified copy of Birth Certificate
  • Certified copy of Bachelor's Degree Attestation or Certificate
